Introduction:

The Online Meeting of the Project Media Literacy, held from December 12th to December 16th, 2022, aimed to explore the dynamics of media manipulation and its impact on society. Hosted virtually, the meeting facilitated discussions, workshops, and activities centered around media literacy, involving participants from Turkey, Denmark, and Italy.

 

Meeting Objectives:

The meeting commenced with an introduction to the participating schools and cities, fostering a sense of community among attendees. Clear objectives were outlined, emphasizing the exploration of manipulation techniques prevalent in media and the understanding of their implications on societal perceptions.

 

Understanding Manipulation:

Participants delved into the concept of manipulation within the media landscape. Through interactive sessions, they examined real-world examples and dissected techniques employed to sway public opinion. This foundational understanding set the stage for deeper exploration throughout the meeting.
